Fourteen days since my line went down @ethiotelecom. Widespread complaints in the neighborhood that there is no information being shared with affected customers.
Nine days. After 3 office visits and talking to a manager, found out that roadworks destroyed the cable and my whole area is affected. Wish @ethiotelecom's systems were robust enough to communicate this to clients, instead of "be patient and have a wonderful time!".
